To begin the design process, we charge a design deposit per piece, which will be deducted from the final quote. Once payment is confirmed, we start developing the initial concepts.

This stage takes approximately 30 business days. We will present at least two design options, with up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the piece aligns with your vision.

Once the final design is approved, we will send you a detailed quote. After confirmation, production begins.

If you already have a clear idea and no new design development is required, we will contact you to confirm all technical details — such as thickness, wire shape, texture, and finish — and then provide a quote based on this information. In this case, no design deposit is charged.

Production time depends on the complexity of the piece and typically ranges from 25 to 45 business days. If you need your piece sooner, please contact us — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
